Our studio features Chukum walls, a traditional Mayan finish made from the resin of the native Chukum tree. This natural, sustainable material is not only eco-friendly but also beautifully practical. Chukum walls are naturally waterproof, breathable, and ideal for the tropical Yucatán climate. They help regulate indoor humidity, require minimal maintenance, and age gracefully over time. Safe jungle haven in the heart of Tulum
Staying at Chaac Tulum for two months truly shaped my experience in Tulum 🇲🇽.
My days started early with short bike rides to the beach to watch the sunrise, followed by a quick stop at the supermarket away from the busy tourist crowds. Coming back to Chaac always felt calm and grounding. I would head to the high ceiling air conditioned gym for a workout and then spend slow afternoons by the pool.
My private jacuzzi surrounded by greenery made it even more special. It really felt like my own little jungle haven, quiet, intimate and peaceful.
The staff were genuinely warm and friendly and the security guard was phenomenal, always present and making you feel safe. Bike and scooter rentals are available right at your doorstep which makes getting around very easy.
Perfectly located between the beach and Tulum’s dining scene, yet tucked away from the noise, Chaac feels like a quiet and safe haven in the heart of it all.
Great place to chill
Was very smooth checking in and room/facilities were much better than I expected. The staff was very polite, helpful and recommended some excellent local style restaurants that turned out amazing and unforgettable
Great stay and fantastic host
My husband and I loved the three weeks we spent there. The studio offers a beautiful view of the pool and is has loads of natural light. We especially appreciated the mosquito net. It allowed us to keep the terrace door open and enjoy the fres air without any worries.
Daisy is a fantastic host: always kind, welcoming, and happy to help with anything you might need. The condo staff are also very friendly and attentive.
We also loved that Chaak isn’t too large, which makes it feel much cozier and more intimate.
Chaak Tulum experience
Chaak is a wonderful Tulum Style Condominium with a beautiful Pool and the possibility to do laundry.
My Appartement was comfortable and had a nice kitchen.
It is super cozy and clean.
The Host was very supportive to help me have an unforgetable Tulum Experience. I highly recommend it!
Great Condo for Long Stay
I stayed in this condo for six months and had a wonderful experience. The place is beautiful, and I really enjoyed the jacuzzi, pool, and gym during my stay.
The location is excellent — easy to get around by bicycle, with both the beach and the town center close by.
The host is very helpful, responsive, and always ready to assist whenever needed. I truly felt comfortable living here and would happily recommend this place to others.
