By checking this box and completing the booking, you agree to the following terms:

1. Reservation & Payment

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival or before check-in (details will be provided).
Security deposit clause for stays over 2 months (30% of one month rent for 2-3 months rental , 50 % of one month rent for 4-6 months rental) which will serve to guarantee compliance with the obligations contracted and derived from this contract, such as: repair of the damages that could be caused to the property that is the object of this contract, or for the delay or non-payment of the rent or eletricity.

2. Cancellation Policy

Any Cancellation make within 24 hours of reservation entitle full refund -2.9% payment process fee

Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in are eligible for a partial refund (deposit non-refundable).
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Late check-outs may incur additional charges unless pre-arranged.

4. House Rules

No smoking inside the studio
No loud music or parties
Please respect neighbours and shared spaces, violent misconduct will result early termination without refund
Dog-friendly (well-behaved pets only — notify host in advance)
To help conserve energy, please turn off the air conditioning and lights when not in the apartment. Excessive electricity consumption may incur additional charges.

5. Damages & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay. Costs may be charged if significant damage occurs.

6. Use of Amenities
Use of jacuzzi, swimming pool, gym, and other facilities is at your own risk. Please follow posted guidelines and exercise caution.

7. Identification & Verification
A valid government-issued ID will be requested at front desk prior to or upon check-in.
